If you go to our Policies page you will see a complaints tab that provides you with the formal process. What we do ask is that you do not post any complaint immediately onto any social media platform without first having followed this process, agreed by Ofsted.

We do not we take children on once they reach the age of two but do welcome parents submitting a registration form for their child whatever the age so they can be placed on our waiting list.

Unfortunately not, we operate in line with Bexley schools so close during half term breaks and summer holidays. Please refer to our term dates.
